We don't rush the preparation. Each step is designed to help create a clean, strong and professional result.

DEVASTATE
Mechanically grind the concrete to prepare the surface and remove unwanted coatings and surface imperfections.

VACUUM
Thoroughly vacuum dust and debris from the floor.

REPAIR
Patch cracks, holes and imperfections to create a smoother surface.

DEVASTATE AGAIN
Grind again to remove shine and blend the repaired areas with the surrounding concrete.

VACUUM AGAIN
Vacuum a second time to leave the surface clean and ready for coating.

POLYUREA + FLAKES
Apply the polyurea base coat and broadcast the decorative flakes immediately.
07
SCRAPE + VACUUM + TOP COAT
After approximately one hour of cure time, scrape excess flakes, vacuum, then apply the polyaspartic top coat.
